Today, YouTube Theater unveiled a stunning mural celebrating the venue’s fifth anniversary. Painted by husband and wife artist duo Carlo and Ethel Zafranco of AQMNI and mentees of Astral Project, “From Hollywood Park, With Love,” made possible by Ticketmaster, is a love letter from Hollywood Park to its home in Inglewood and the community. Weaving together the city’s rich history, vibrant present, and creative future, the mural honors Inglewood as both a cultural foundation and a global stage.

“We are thrilled to unveil this incredible mural celebrating five years of YouTube Theater and the important role it plays in Inglewood,” said Russell Gordon, VP and General Manager of YouTube Theater. “Since opening our doors in 2021, we’ve welcomed nearly two million guests and created unforgettable moments. This mural showcases the diverse voices and incredible performances that have made YouTube Theater a premier destination that resonates long after the final encore.”

Residing at the West entrance of YouTube Theater, guests are welcomed by vibrant imagery that feels both personal and monumental. The design celebrates the everyday rhythms that define the neighborhood: elders in conversation, kids mid-play, marching bands in motion, showcasing diverse backgrounds that represent Inglewood. These moments form the heartbeat of the mural. Above them, bold landmarks and typography honor the city's architectural spirit, while musicians and athletes rise into view, evoking Inglewood’s legacy as the City of Champions. Hollywood Park pays tribute not just to a location, but to a living, breathing community.

“We hope this mural reinforces the pride in the community, and creates a curiosity for guests to learn more about Hollywood Park and Inglewood,” said muralist Carlo Zafranco, AQMNI. “I love the emotion that a mural can evoke,” said Ethel Zafranco, AQMNI. “I think art is very inspiring and creates an opportunity for people to see the world differently.”

This mural is part of Ticketmaster’s national program to give local artists the opportunity to create original public works that celebrate the diverse communities, cultures, and fans who support live entertainment. Designed to unfold as guests move through the space, the piece captures the pulse of live performance and a community where greatness begins and returns.
